Hearing Aid Aftercare

At Hearmed Acoustic Healthcare we recommend scheduling periodic follow up appointments with us to ensure that your custom hearing aids continue to perform at their efficient best. We’ll clean away any debris or ear wax that may have built up in addition to making any necessary fine-tuning adjustments. All of our hearing aids are covered by the manufacturer’s four-year warranty, meaning you’ll receive free servicing throughout that period. In the unlikely event that your hearing aids need repairs, we’ll provide you with suitable temporary hearing aids while we fix them. It’s always a good idea to have a fresh hearing test every year. We offer programming of the hearing instruments free of charge if needed.
